Project Overview

Hired on at Watson as a product designer, my role quickly expanded into project management and brand development.

Watson & Co is a mid to high end antique boutique with an interior design firm and bespoke furniture and decore wholesale line.

My Contributions

Working on about three dozen products and lines from conception through marketing, I designed and sourced products from all over the world. Most were original designs, some were replicas and a few were one-off custom orders.

Headquartered in Denver, with trade showrooms in Las Vegas, High Point NC, and Round Top TX, I coordinated with the Watson team and countless interior designers, buyers, movers, freight carriers, and project managers to provide quality goods with a high level of service.

Utilizing Shopify, I built the site complete with a wholesale login, automated communications, and discount codes. In combination with strategic marketing materials, we achieved a 65% increase in online sales year over year and 250% new customer visits. Over 800 individual SKU’s, 150 product shots (many of which needed to be reshot), fully integrated with our existing shipping accounts, existing customer lists, and had seamless trade show order placement.

Prior to the website build, the catalog was the primary sales tool for the wholesale department. 64 pages, created in Adobe InDesign, sourced at $1.19/copy with a total of 2,500 total printed.

With products ranging from pillows to candles, side tables, lamps, and jewelry. I was responsible for artwork + renders, as well as coordinating with manufacturers, brokers, and shippers from countries around the world. The majority of our products were made in the USA, India, China, and Mexico.
